CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE USA /0361/8()F We are in receipt of correspondence naming the Hanford Engineering Development Laboratory of Hanford Washington, as a registered user of certificate of compliance USA /0361/B()F. The Hanford Engineering Development Laboratory (HEDL) is operated for DOE by Westinghouse Hanford Company under contract.
It is DOE-RL's policy not to name our contractors as users of nuclear materiais shipping packages.
Therefore, please remove HEDL from the list of registered users of this package and replace them with the Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office.
