In accordance with your application dated September 11, 1978, and its supplements dated !!ovember 3,1978 and December 22, 1978 and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special fluclear flaterial License No. SR1-1057 is hereby amended to authorize the addition of an exhaust system to the Annex of Building 17 for the Recycle Powder Area and to establish a correc-tive action level for the control of the gaseous effluents from the Windsor Facility.
This amendment is authorized subject to the following condition:
Condition 25.
Corrective action will be taken whenever the total gaseous release rate from the Windsor Facility exceeds 2 pCi/ week.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Condition 25 was discussed and agreed to by your Mr. Ge'arge 3akevich and fir. Norman Ketzlach of my staff cn January 17, 1979.
