Mr. Vassallo's November 16, 1978, letter to Operating License Applicants requested that we submit " Radiological Technical Specifications" to the Commi.sion by March 15, 1979.

These specificrtions are currently under review by the Safety Review Committee.

In order to allow the Safety Review Committee adequate review time, our submittal will be made by April 8, 1979.
