Contingency Plan Submittal Due to the unscheduled refueling outage presently in progress, Vermont Yankee's Safeguards Contingency Plan will be completed on or before May 1, 1979. This delay beyond the March 23, 1979, submittal date is the result of the increased time demands on both plant security and management personnel.
