1, The Department of the Army, Harry Diamond Laboratories, Diamond Ordnance Radiation Facility (DORF), licensed under section 91b of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 is registering as a user of the MH-1A fissile radioactive material shipping cask.

The docket number is 71-6639 revision 4 (the revision for TRIGA reactor fuel), the certificate of compliance number is 6639, showing a package identification number USA /6639/B( ) F with an expiration date of 31 August 1979.

This letter is in accordance with 10 CFR 71.12 and the general conditions of the certificate.
