_ Appendix A SOTICE OF VIOLATION Purdue University Docket No.70-152 Based on the inspection conducted on January 30 and 31, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below.
This item is an infraction.
License Condition No.12 states that an alarm system meeting the requirements of Section 70.24, as described in the August 10, 1976 application, shall be required in Room 28, Physics Building.
Contrary to the above, one of the two alarms described in the appli-cation was found to be inoperative.
