The Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff has recently become aware of a document which contains information potentially relevant to the issue of sabotage of spent nuclear fuel.

A copy of the transmittal memorandum,3/ unclassified, is attached for the information of the Board and the parties.

A Staff assessment of the significance of this information is being conducted and will be forwarded to the Board and the parties as soon as it becomes available.
