This is in cnswer to your letter of Jcnuary 31, 1979. There is ebviously a misunderstanding between yourself and Mr. Slicker with respect to the documents made avcilcble for your excmination. All of the documents mcce ovcilcble to CSW in connection with the entitrust preceeding pending in the Northern District of Texas were mcde availcble to your representatives.
With respect to the last paragrcph of the letter, we cre not in a position to cnswer it as yet in that I have only just received the interrogetories cnd motien for production. However, we will icke this matter up with you in due course.
