Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application 51 requesting amendment of Operating License NPr-1.
This I.tcense Change Application has been evaluated to be a Class III amendment reiuest and a check for $4000 is attached in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
PGE hcs transmitted a copy of this request to the Oregon Department of Energy for their consultation.
A. iso attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for License Change Application 51 to the chiaf executive of the county in which the facility is located and the U1 rector of tho State of Oregon, Department of Energf.
