As per the telephone conversations on February 28, 1979 and March 1, 1979
. between Mr. Clifford Haupt of flRC and Mr. C. Bek of your staff regarding the Fermi 2 Atomic Power Plant, we are enclosing the following information:

The Detroit Edison proposed pre-operational aquatic monitoring program for Fermi 2 (See response to Question 10 on Aquatic Ecology).

The flRC review of the pre-operational aquatic program (See flRC letter dated 3/2/79) 3.
The Detroit Edison letter of 2/23/79 which indicates they will not conduct a pre-operational aquatic I
monitoring program.
Ue would appreciate your review of this material such that the Michigan DriR and the fiRC can reach a consensus regarding the need for a pre-operational aquatic monitoring program at the Fermi facility. We are j
