50-295, 50-304.

Dear Members of the Board:

In the " Order Following Prehearing Conference" dated January 22, 1979, the Board included a list of the outstanding contentions in the Zion case.

In identifying these contentions, the Board assigned a different numerical order than that previously used by the parties in this In order to clarify any possible misunderstanding matter.

resulting from the new listing, we have cross-referenced these contentions with those discussed in the " Applicant's Motion for Summary Disposition on the. Pleadings" dated January 9, 1979.

Contentions 6-(c), 7,

8',

9, and 14 referred to in the Applicant's motion respectively correspond to contentions (2) (f) (2), (2) (g), (2) (h), (2) (i), and (2)(n) listed in the Board's Order.
