On December 29, 1978 Northern States Power Company submitted by the Reference letter a li cense amendment request related to use of Exxon Nuclear Company fuel in Prairic Island Units 1 and 2.
Document XN-NF-78-47, entitled "Prairic Island Unit 1 Nuclear Plant C"cle 5 Safety Analysis Report," trans-mitted by the reference letter (Exhibit C), referenced a control rod ejection accident analysis report published by Exxon Nuclear.
