Q 7.60 Provide for our review a listing of all Class IE safety-(ICSB related equipment supplied by Westinghouse through their Q"3."-12/8/78) scope of supply. This shall include all equipment located both inside and outside of containment. It shall include, but not be limited to, sensors, signal-handling equipment, logic, switchgear, busses, inverters, instruments, motor operators, motor control centers, ,2mps, relay racks and instrument racks. In particular, the equipment located inside containment that is required to function during and subsequent to a steam line break event inside containment shall be identified. Where more than one item of a given type has been supplied, it is only necessary to list the type and number supplied, and to present the required information for one representative item of that type.

The information supplied for each type shall include:

(a) Description of item including type or model number, (b) usage in the plant, (c) identification of the topical reports in which the qualification was described for both the seismic and environmental qualification and (d) the IEEE and other standards on which the qualification was based.
