Mr. Grimes letter of November 15, 1978, to all Pres-surized Water Reactor Licensees, requested that we submit
" Radiological Technical Specifications" to the Commission by February 13, 1979. These specifications are currently under internal review by the Plant Safety Committee (PSC) and Safety Review Committee (SRC). In order to allow the PSC and SRC adequate time to thoroughly review these specifica-tions our submittal will be made by March 1, 1979.
