Security Plan Deficiencies Vermont Yankee has completed its rev tw of the issues presented in Reference (2). As discussed in Referena (3), Vermont Yankee will not take any change to its Modified Security Plan based on the plan's alleged conflict with 10 CFR 73.55(a)(2), since the NRC has decided to further study the issue. We have eliminated any conflict with 10 CFR 73.55(g)(2) by revising page 86 of the ModiGed Security Plan, a copy of which is enclosed.
Reference (2) stated that the Modified Amended Security Plan would henceforth be called the Vermont Yankee Security Plan. We are also enclosing a revised title page reflecting this change.
