This is in response to the findings noted on the referenced inspec-tion report received 1/8/79 regarding the inspection conducted at the CNFP by Mr. D. W. Jones of your staff on December 18-20, 1978.
In the course of the referenced inspection, one apparent item of noncompliance was identified. Since the response is exempt from dis-closure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d), specific discussion of these findings are being forwarded as Attachment I to this letter.
