Enclosed are seven copies of a Safety Analysis Report to supoort our request to allow the University of Missouri Research Reactor (M.U.R.R.) to use the General Electric Co. Model 700 cask to ship irradiated M.U.R.R. fuel elements to the U. S. Department of Energy, Savanah River Plant for reprocessing. This requires revision of the existing Certificate of Compliance for this cask with respect to contents only.

Frevious shipments of M.U.R.R. fuel were made in the NL-MTR-775 cask. The Certificate of Compliance for this cask has expired.
