SEQUOYA!! NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - DIESEL GENERATOR HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR MOTORS - NCR 855 - FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector J. K. Rausch on March 16, 1978, and interim reports were submitted on April 19, 1978, June 15, 1978, and October 5, 1978.
