This is in response to your letter dated December 27, 1978 in which you requested a ten day delay in reconciling your December 4,1978 inventory.
We have determined that granting your request will not adversely affect the common defense and security and is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, the following license condition is being added to Amendment t1PP-2 of your License fio. Stiti-777, effective
.immediately, to provide a limited exception to 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4)
In lieu of the requirements of 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4) to complete certain activities within thirty (30) calendar days after the start of the December 4,1978 physical inventory, the licensee shall complete the activities required by 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4) on or before January 13, 1979.
