This is in response to your letter of November 29, 1978 reporting changes made to the GE-VNC Physical Security Plan.
We have reviewed the changes and have determined that the changes adhere to the requirements of 10 CFR 70.32(e).
We have established that the enclosures to your November 29, 1978 letter contain infermation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and shall be subject to disclosure'only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
In addition, we are withholding from public disclosure the enclosures to your letter cited above, since they are classified Secret.
