RESPONSE TO NRC INSPECTION FINDINGS ALLENS CREEK NCS - UNIT NO. 1 DOCKET NO. 50-466/RPT. 78-03

Dear Mr. Seidle:

The following is our response to the deviation identified in IE Inspection Report No. 50-466/Rpt. 78-03, dated December 6, 1978:

I.

Failure to Include a Method Of Verification Of QA Records In Written Procedures A. Corrective Action The Records Management System procedures will be revised, as appropriate, to de-scribe the method used to verify QA re-cords.

B. Action to Preclude Recurrence The Allens Creek Project Quality Assurance Plan and departmental procedures will be reviewed to ensure that the required methods are described in the procedures.

C. Date Action Will Be Completed and Full Compliance Achieved The Records Management System procedures will be revised and approved by December 28, 1978. The review of departmental pro-cedures and Allens Creek Quality Assurance Plan will also be completed by December 28, 1978.
