Under separate cover we are sending you copies of documents supporting the request of the Commonwealth Edison Company for an Early Site Review of the Carroll County Site. This Early Site Review will be conducted by the NRC Staff to determine the suitability of the Carroll County Site for possible construction of a two-unit nuclear generating station.
