This is to confirm recent telephone conversations between your Mr. William Mowry ana Mr. Jerry Ennis of my staff concerning a visit to your facility on January 16, 1979 by Mr. Dennis Engi and Ms. Charlene Harlan of Sandia Laboratories, Albuquerque. These individuals are under contract.to the NRC to study possible criteria for evaluating licensee guard force response tacti cs.
In connection with this effort, they would like to review your guard force procedures and talk with certain members of your security organization.
