This is to confirm recent telephone conversations between your Dr. M. E.
Remley and Mr. Jerry Ennis of my staff concerning a visit to your facility on January 17, 1979 by Mr. Dennis Engi and Ms. Charlene Harlan of Sandia Laboratories, Albuquerque. These individuals are under contract to the NRC to study possible criteria for evaluating licensee guard force response tactics.
In connection with this effort, they would like to review your guard force procedures and talk with certain members of your security organization.
Information you consider to be proprietary which may be acquired during the visit will be afforded appropriate review and protec-tion from disclosure according to normal NRC procedures.
