Your request for amendment is subject to a minor amendment fee of
$2800 as specified in fee Category llB of Section 170.31 of Part 170, copy enclosed.
Payment should be made to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and maile'd to my attention. When submitting the fee, please refer to CONTROL NUMBER 11498.
Please note Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of Section 170.31, which provide that upon completion of the licensing review, the Commission '.111 review its expenditures for professional manpower and appropriate support services; recompute the amendment fee, and, if necessary, refand any overcharges.
Your request will be sent to our Licensing staff for processing upon receipt of the $2800 fee.
