SEQUOLui NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - HIGH PRESSURE FIRE-PROTECTION PUMP FAILURES - NCR 962 - REVISED FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector R. W. Wright on liay 2,1978.
Interim responses were submitted on June 1, 1978, and September 14, 1978. A final report was submitted on hovember 30, 1978. Enclosed is a revised final report in response to A. R. liardt's request for clarification of the corrective action.
