We write at the request of the North Shore Committee Against Nuclear and Thermal Pollution to determine the status of the operating license proceedings for the Shoreham plant.

We have been informed that Howard L. Blau, Esq.,

217 Newbridge Road, Hicksville, New York 11801, hasHowever, been acting as counsel for the North Shore Committee.

as you c.an see from the enclosed letter, the Committee has discontinued Mr. Blau's representation and has requested us to act in his place.

Send us all relevant information about the proceedings, including the names and addresses of the attorneys appearing therein, the expected hearing dates , and the contentions which the Commission will consider in connection with the operating license application.
