We received your November 21, 1978, safeguards contingency plan submitted in accordance with Appendix C of 10 CFR 73.
The licensing review for amendment of License SNM-7 is subject to a major safeguards amendment fee of $8,300 as specified in fee Category 1A of Section 170.31 of Part 170, copy enclosed. Payment should bc made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to the attention of Mr. Douglas Weiss, License Fee Management Branch.
When submitting the fee, please refer to CONTROL NUMBER 11299.
Please not/ Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of Section 170.31, which provide that upon completion of the licensing review, the Commission will review its expenditures for professional manpower and appropriate support services; recompute the amendment fee, and, if necessary, refund any overcharges.
