Maine Yankee I&E Bulletin 79-02 The following statements are made in response to I&E Bulletin 79-02 Revision 2, Reference (g):
No seismic piping restraints at Maine Yankee are supported by echor a.
bolts in concrete block walls.
b.
Our inspection / testing program for anchor bolts considered all expansion type anchor bolts without regard for the configuration of support structure between building structure and pipe.
In addition, Reference (g) requested justification of our sampling program which was provided previously in Reference (f).
