Reference (1) transmitted the subject Bulletin to Northeast Nuclear Energy Company requesting appropriate action. As a holder of a Construction Permit, the Applicant will cnly respond to Items 1 through 6 of the subject Bulletin Revision.

Item 1 through 4 The information contained in previous submittals is still applicable (Reference (2)).

Item 5 No expansion anchor bolts will be used in concrete block walls to attach piping supports for seismic Category I systems.

Item 6 The Millstone Unit No. 3 design uses base plates in all cases for attachment to concrete walls with expansion anchor bolts. Structural shapes are not directly bolted with expansion anchor bolts.
