(1) Letter B. H. Grier to W. G. Counsil dated November 2, 1979.
Reference (1) transmitted the subject Bulletin to Northeast Nuclear Energy Company requesting appropriate action. A review of Millstone Unit No. 3 safety related systems shows that the Westinghouse BFD/NBFD typ3 relays in question have not been used and are not planned for use in any Unit No. 3 equipment.
