Complete In response to technical assistance request TAC 12543, the Plant Systers Branch has reviewed the licensee's proposed technical specification change - high pressuri:'er cressure trip setpoint submitted in its letter of November 27, 1979.

Based on our review, we find the proposed change to technical specification - high pressurizer pressure trip setroint to be acceptable. The bases for these findings are <ietailed in our enclosed safety evaluation. The transient analysis aspects of this change of the hiqh pressurizer pressure trip setpoint will be addressed in the Reactor Safety Branch's safety evaluation.
