Dear Sir:
Please find enclosed ten (10) copies of page changes to our Fundamental Nuclear Material Control plan which provide updates of the Plan for consistency with procedural reports, names, and assignments of duties.
These changes enhance the application and documentation of the HFIR Project FNMCP by referencing typical pro-cedures used to execute the commitments specified within the FNMCP.
Attachment A, "Page Change Summary",provides an explanation of these updates.
