Salmon Street Portland, Oregon 97204 Docket tio. 50-344 License No. NPF-1 Notice of Violation Based on the results of NRC inspections conducted during November 1-30, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Facility License No. NPF-1 as indicated below.
This item is an infraction.
Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 requires in Section 2.C.(7) that
"...all activities to which a quality assurance program is applicable shall, after the date of issue of the license, be conducted in accor-dance with the Quality Assurance Program for Operation."
Contrary to the above, the requirements of Quality Assurance Procedure QAP 12~-1, " Installed Instrumentation Calibration Control Program," were not adhe.ed to in that a test gauge not in a current state of calibra-tion was used during the calibration of an installed plant instrument.
