Enclosed are Licensee's responses to Interrogatories 41-50 of TMIA's First Set of Interrogatories.
You will note with respect to Interrogatory 44 that Licensee is placing in its Discovery Reading Room lists con-taining the names and addresses of individuals at banks which are participating in the Revolving Credit Agreement, as well as those providing credit outside the Revolving Credit Agree-ment.
No attempt has been made to determine "the name, address and telephone number of each person who has been rcquested to provide short-term financing to Licensee" (Inter-rogatory 44(b)) other than the names and addresses included on these lists.
It would be burdensome, and beyond any possible usefulness in this proceeding, for Licensee to attempt to trace every contact made since March 28, 1979, and Licensee therefore objects to assembling such information.
