This is in response to your letter dated Novem-bor 29, 1979, which requested information on evacuationi time estimates for areas near nuclear power plants.
We plan tc propose a schedule for submission of this information after the seismic issues that are now cur-rently being studied have been resolved for Humboldt Bay Power Plant, Unit No. 3.
