CLARIFICATION 1.
Paragraphs 1.1.1 (Page 1) and 1.4.1 (Page 2) have been revised to provide cocmitment that no design and fabrication of projectors and shipping containers shall be conducted under this Quality Assurance Program.
2.
Part 8 (Pages 12 and 13) have been revised to moru clearly outline auditing responsibilities.
Only those Ionizing Radiation Control Committee members having no responsioility in the Radiography Quality Assurance Program will be permitted to act as audit team menbers.
3.
Paragraph 7.2(6) (Page 11) has been revised and a new paragraph 7.5 has been added requiring that the Radiological Protection Officer assure that only packages manuf actured under an NRC approved QA program are procured in the future.
4.
Corresponding pages in the procedure under review should be replaced with the above revised pages, a
