Dear !!r. Glasberg:
This is in further response to your letter dated October 5,1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, ell documents relating to the use of a paper clip to hold open a switch at the Virginia Electric Power Company's North Anna nuclear power plant.
The NRC Inspection and Enforcement Report 50-338/79-39 has been released and is available for inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
The charge for reprcducing records located in the PDR is eight cents (50.08) per page, as specified in10CFR9.14(a).
In a January 15, 1980 telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you agreed to pay the reproduction costs.
You will be billed by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR, for the reproduction charge, plus iux and postage.
This completes action on your request.
