ORDER RELATIVE TO STAFF'S MOTION CONCERNING SCHEDULE FOR DISCOVERY (January 21, 1980)

On January 16, 1980, the Staff informed the Board that there were three discovery requests involving the Staff and Friends of the Earth (FOE) for which each party requests an extension of time from January 17, 1980 to January 24, 1980.

The matters are:

Second Set of NRC Staff Interrogatories to Friends of the Earth (FOE) (December 17, 1979);

2.

First Set of Friends of the Earth Interroga-tories to Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff (December 17, 1979);

and

3. Friends of the Earth First Request for Produc-tion of Documents to the Nuclear Regulatory-Commission (December 17, 1979).'
