1. I do not know yet. A lot will depend on the answers to Tay interrogatories to be filed shortly.

2. The substance o f my testimony has a long way to go.

I' Principally , I will present evidence to show that the filters and other catchments for radioactive effluents lj' are not adequate in many ways besides being cracked and not working because they got wet.
