ANSWER TO FIRST SET OF NRC STAFF INTERROGATORIES TO INTERVENORS 1.
As regards contention number 3, at this time, Intervenor intends to produce the testimony of Bruce Smith, Township resident and Supervisor, who is a high school teacher.
2.
Mr. Smith will testify as to the deficiencies of the York, Dauphin, and Metropolitan Edision Company Emergency Plans.
Mr. Smith will reference his testimony to the plans as subtaitted by the various entities.
