CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION'S SECOND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS TO THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION Pursuant to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's rules of practice, particularly 10 C.F.R.
S2.744, the California Energy Commission
(" CEC") hereby requests that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") produce at the CEC offices, 1111 Howe Avenue, Sacramento, California, within 30 days of the date of service hereof, certain documents described below for inspection and copying by the CEC.
The definition of document included in the CEC's First Request for Production of Documents to the NRC, dated November 15, 1979, is incorporated by reference.
REQUESTED DOCUMENTS All documents identified by the NRC in its responses to the "Califcrnia Energy Commission's Second Set of Interrogatories to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission" dated December 21, 1979 or relied upon b1 the NRC in preparing these responses.
Each interrogatory propounded by the CEC relates directly to issues
