O'Reilly, 9/21/79 Gentlemen: As discussed with Mr. G. Coryell of your staff earlier today, complete revision of the CNFP procedure addressing shipment and receipt of radioac-, tive materials will be completed by February 1,1980 instead of the December 31, 1979 date as indicated in Reference 3 above. All other commit-ments expressed in Reference 3 have been met as of the date of this letter, but due to continued TMI recovery support efforts and associated concerns, the lack of available manpower has created the need to extend the due date. If you or members of your staff would like to discuss the matter in more detail, please feel free to call me at (804) 384-5111, Extension 5211.
