Item 9 of that Bulletin require 3 you to report, in writing, within 45 days of receipt of the Bulletin, youc plan of action and schedule with regard to Items 1 through 8 of the Bulletin.

Thus far, we do not have a record of your response to the Bulletin.

You are reminded that such reoponse is required. Authority and clearance for issuing the reporting requirements of the bulletin has been approved for this agency by the U. S. General Accounting Office.
