Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPP 2 to License S!!M-960 was amended on July 31, 1979, to incorporate your Security Guard Training and Qualification Plan. An amendment fee of
$13,800 was paid for our review and approval of the plan.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review fee is $950.
We have notified our Office of the Controller to refund $12,850 to you.
