ORDER By letter of November 27, 1979 and copies thereof, the Director of Inspection and Enforcement advised those who have petitioned the Commission to suspend or revoke the construction permit for the Wolf' Creek Generating Station, Unit No. 1, that a supplement to his decision of July 12 denying their petitions is in preparation and is expected to be issued by the end of January, 1980.
Therefore and pursuant to 10 CFR 2.772, the time within which the Com-mission may Jetermine whether to review the July 12, 1979 Decision of the Director cf Inspection and Enforcement is further extended until 20 days after the issuance of the Director's supplemental decision.
