Dear Mr. Wiencus:
Thls is in response to your letter dated November 7,1979, in which you requested pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, five categories of information on the organization of the NRC and records pertaining to Three Mile Island.
In a letter dated November 6,1979 (copy attached), our office responded to the first four categories of your request.
In response to your request for records available concerning decisions and issues pertaining to Thnc Mile Island, please find enclosed a Title List of Publicly Available Documents - Three Mile Island Unit 2, Docket 50-320.
Copies of these documents can be purchased by writing directly to the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is eight cents (50.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed directly by Potomac Research, Inc. for the reproduction charges, plus tax and postage.
Also, enclosed for your information is a copy of the Report of the President's Commission on the Accident at Three Mile Island.

I am a student at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, presently enrolled in a course in Administrative Law.
One of the requirements of the course is a research paper on an agency of the United States Government.
I have chosen the Nuclear Regulatory Commission because of my interest in the subject of nuclear energy, as well as the impact of current issues being felt by society.
I would greatly appreciate any information the you can furnish accord-ing to the following paragraph.
Pursuant to the Freedom of Infromation Act, 5 U.s.C. 522, and to the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission 10 C.F.R. 9 I hereby request access to any records and information available pertaining to:
