JOINT MOTION TO PCSTPONE SPECIAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE Pursuant to the Atomic Sufety and Licensing Board's Notice of Special Prehearing Conference on Petition to Intervene and Request for Hearing, dated November 15, 1979, a special prehearing conference in this matter was scheduled to commence on December 6, 1979.
The undersigned is authorized by counsel for the respective parties to advise the Licensing Board that efforts are underway to reach an agreement which would result in withdrawal of the Susquehanna Valle 1 Alliance's request for a hearing and petition to intervene. Although these efforts have not yet been completed, a favorable resolution is expected in the very near future (possibly, early next week).
Accordingly, the undersigned has been further author' zed to move on behalf of all parties for the indefinite postponement of the scheduled sjecial prehearing conference.
