Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
This will reply to your letter of August 20, 1979, concerning the deficiencies observed and reported by LP&L QA personnel with regard to the concrete placement by Fegles Power Service during placements 521-A and 521-B on August 8, 1979.
LP&L intends to cceply fully with the plans and direction as described in your letter, all ite=s except your No. 9 having been included as a part of the LP&L QA Stop Work Order No. 6 issued at 8.50 A.M. on August 17, 1979. Notification to the h1C will be provided as you requested in Item 9.
We do wish to point out that your Item 4 refers to Ebasco Specification 1544.472 which should be Ebasco Specification 1564.472 for concrete placement.
As we have advised members of your staff, it is LP&L's intent to promptly correct any deficiencies in an neceptable manner. LP&L's Construction Manager t.nd Coacrete Contractor have been so advised.
