Collins, Operator Examiner,9 d/Q FROM THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION E BJE m Information Meeting June 28, 1967 On June 28, 1967, representatives of Metropolitan Edison Company visited the office to discuss their operator training program and licensing procedures fo the Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station.
The following persons attended:

R. O. Keim, Director, Education TRAINING PROGRMi--
Metropolitan Edison plans to conduct a four-phase training program for the supervisory personnel.
Phase I Academic (Possible research reactor practical training included) 6 mos.
Phase II - Nuclear station training (Saxton) 6 mos.
Phase III - Vendor design training (B&W) 2 mos.
Phase IV - On site training.
18 mos.
All non-supervisory personnel will be trainied on site by the supervisory personnel.
LICENSING PROCEDURES --

Qualifications for " cold" and " hot" examinations.

Re-Examinations.
The following literature was given to J.L. Wise:
